Error Code 25
This code is only displayed through the handset programming unit. It indicates the 1A contactor is dropping out, or operates too slowly. (See code 46)
Error Code 26
Either 1A or Steering Pump coil driver is shorted and: the corresponding contactor is constantly picked. (Coil driver is in SCR logic card).

SCR unit is overheated

Motor current sensor malfunction and motor does not run.
Error Code 43
Motor current sensor malfunction and motor does not run.
Error Code 44
SCR 1REC failed to turn off at proper time. May be caused by a shorted 5REC or 2REC (or their snubbers shorted).
Error Code 45
SCR 1REC failed to turn on. May be caused by shorted 2REC (or its snubber shorted) or by defective 1REC.
Error Code 46
SCR 1REC shorted or 1A contactor tips welded.
Error Code 47
SCR 2REC failed to turn on.
Error Code 48
SCR 3REC shorted (or its snubber shorted) or forward or reverse contactor tips welded.
Error Code 49
SCR 5REC did not turn on properly. 5REC or 2REC shorted (or their snubbers shorted) or capacitor circuit open.
Error Code 50
SCR 2REC did not turn on at initial startup 2REC defective or bad connection between 5REC and 2REC.
Error Code 51
Capacitor voltage too high and motor current too high. May be caused by a shorted field or armature winding in motor. If power is being supplied by external “tag” lines, there may be excessive inductance or lack of electrical filtering.
Error Code 52
Capacitor voltage too high and motor current too low. SCR 4REC or its snubber is shorted, or SCR 3REC circuit open. If power is being supplied by external “tag” lines, there may be inductance or lack of electrical filtering.
Error Code 53
SCR 1REC failed to turn off during plugging cycle. Forward or Reverse contactors may be bouncing open when truck is driven over a rough surface or speed bumps. Motor brushes may be improperly seated or motor circuit may be opening. SCR 1REC may be defective.
Error Code 54
Coil driver for forward, reverse, or 1A contactor is shorted. (Drivers are located in SCR logic card).
Error Codes 55 – 56 Not Used
Error Code 57
Voltage across current sensor is wrong polarity. May be caused by an improperly connected battery.

Invalid logic card type in SCR unit (improperly programmed).
