• DO NOT connect a handset or laptop to the controller network while using the Graphic Display panel in Service Mode. Doing so can cause the controller programming to be corrupted and the truck to run improperly, or not at all.
- Turn key switch on (cycle brake pedal if required)
- Press FN 3 once to enter tech mode
- Enter 55555 (service password).
- DIAGNOSTIC MODE screen should now be displayed.
- Press FN 2 and scroll down to the ADJUSTMENT MODE SCREEN.
- Press FN 6 to enter ADJUSTMENT MODE.
- Press FN 2 to scroll to the ADJUSTMENT.
- Press FN 6 to enter ADJUSTMENT.
- TRACTION CONT RT screen should now be displayed.
- Press FN 6 to enter TRACTION CONT RT.
- MAX JOY FORWARD screen should now be displayed.
NOTE:
• Perform movement of each function slowly to acquire the voltage setting accurately.
• After voltage has stabilized, continue holding the joystick or steer
tiller in the full on position and press FN 2 to scroll down to the next parameter.
• During scrolling to the next parameter it is important to keep the joystick or steer tiller held firmly and to move slowly during the move to the next function/parameter.
12. Press FN 6 to begin the CALIBRATION PROCESS.
13. MAX JOY FORWARD slowly move joystick to the maximum
forward travel position and hold, value near 4.2V. Press FN 2.
14. MIN JOY FORWARD slowly return the joystick to the minimum
forward/neutral travel position, value near 0.9V. Press FN 2.
15. MAX JOY REVERSE slowly move joystick to the maximum
reverse travel position and hold, value near 4.2V. Press FN 2.
16. MIN JOY REVERSE slowly return the joystick to the minimum
forward/neutral position, value near 1.1V. Press FN 2.
NOTE:
Program WILL NOT SAVE changes if the pump is running. Allow pump to stop for 2-3 seconds before saving changes.
Forward = Forks leading
Reverse = Forks trailing
17. MAX STEER RIGHT turn steer tiller clockwise to stop and hold,
value near 0.0V. Press FN 2.
18. MAS STEER LEFT turn steer tiller counter-clockwise to stop and
hold, value near 1.9V. Press FN 2
19. SET STEER 0 POS return steer tire to the straight ahead
position, value near 1.1V. Do Not touch steer tiller again.
20. Press FN 5, press FN 6 to confirm (yes = enter).
21. Press FN 5 until the main screen is reached.
Caution:
• If reading is not at 100% damage could occur to the drive motors and controller because the controller thinks the truck is making a turn and cutting back current to the inside drive motor.
22. Drive truck forward in a straight line.
23. Go into Diagnostic Mode, Diagnose, Traction Cont At, to INT WHEEL CUTB.
24. Display should be reading 100%. If not navigate back to Adjustment Mode, Adjustment, Traction Cont At.
25. Press FN 2 until the SET STEER 0 POS is displayed.
26. Press FN 2
27. Press FN 5, press FN 6 to confirm (yes = enter).
28. Press FN 5 until the main screen is reached.
NOTE: Program WILL NOT SAVE changes if the pump is running. Allow
pump to stop for 2-3 seconds before saving changes.
Forward = Forks leading
Reverse = Forks trailing
